It's been a while since I've been to KIBI. My friends and I went to enjoy the new menu from February. The first dish, Senpu Shi Shi Oyster, was a knockout! Basically, I like smoked and straw-grilled food. I love wood-fired dishes ♡ I was looking forward to the main dish, red beef! It's been a while since I've had red beef. This time it was sirloin. It had an aged texture and flavor, and was cooked medium rare. I usually like it rare, but for this meat, this level of cooking was perfect! The flavor was so good! The flavor overflowed. The dessert at the end was also covered with the aroma of firewood. Kibi also offers wine pairings. We had a wonderful time while being healed by the gentle wood fire.
