本日は、新栄のCBCテレビ反対側〜日興ビル地下一階にグランドオープンした薪焼きびさんへ牛肉と野菜の薪焼料理を食べに伺いました(*^ω^*)
最近大人気の薪焼料理〜東京には鈴田式、
新神戸、タクボ、ロデオなどなかなか予約
の取りにくい人気店が多く存在します、、
名古屋に置いて薪焼料理を提供する人気と
なるようなお店は皆無、、残念ながら全く
時代の流れに乗れて居ません(￣O￣;)
そんな中、まだまだ見劣りする部分も多々
ありますがカウンターが炉を取り囲むよう
に作られたオープンキッチン化した薪焼炉
の作りは良く出来ていて良く勉強している
様子、、
牛や豚、鶏の他たとえば今なら夏鹿などの
ジビエも加えれば魅力も増し…また京都の
LURRA°さんのように野菜の薪焼をメイン
料理とするお店もある様に〜薪焼料理には
大きな可能性が広がっていますねぇd(^_^o)
現在の処は無難に美味しかったですが、まだまだ可能性の広がる薪焼料理…人気店となる様日々精進してもらいたいと思います(*^ω^*)
