事前にチェックしたところ

特徴 薪焼イタリアン
とのこと。
先に感想を。
薪焼きを全面に出しているお店は初めてでしたが、木の香りは好きなんで楽しみにしていました。
そして焼き物の魚や肉を薪焼きで調理しているのかと思っていたのですが、サラダからデザートまで全ての料理に薪焼きを取り入れていて、びっくり。
さらにこれが美味しい。焼野菜を使ったサラダ、デザートには、なおの事、驚きました。
