前から気になっていた薪焼きびさんに初めて行ってきました。2名でカウンター利用です。薪火を眺めながらの食事は幻想的で時を忘れさせてくれます。食材にこだわった料理はどれも美味しく、大好きなカリフォルニアの赤ワインとの相性もバッチリでした。薪焼きという新たな分野を開拓できてよかったです。ご馳走様でした。
