I wanted to eat some delicious fish, so I went to the Shinei branch for lunch. A popular lunch restaurant in this area. It was almost full before 12:00. What we received was a 700 yen "Shinhokkei Shiru Dried Set Meal" for Ishikawa Noto Reconstruction Support, a special menu for reconstruction support using "Ishiru", one of Japan's three major fish sauces. Is the fluffy texture derived from Ishiru? It's quite delicious. Of the 700 yen, 50 yen will go to support. This store has a vertical structure with a cash register near the entrance, so people waiting to pay and people waiting to enter were crowded around the entrance.
