We use different types of eggs depending on the dish. Today's rolled omelet and today's egg on rice are served from different regions each day! Please enjoy the different flavors. Our recommended dish is the "fried egg" which goes well with alcohol. We use a whole egg with a large, rich yolk. The white is seasoned, so you'll have to taste it to find out what it tastes like♪ Most customers order the "giraffe omelet" which contains cod roe, which is a nice touch. It's a cute dish with a giraffe pattern made of seaweed◎

Cage-free eggs are eggs laid by chickens that are raised on the ground and move around freely within the chicken coop. You can enjoy eggs from various origins, such as Nagoya Cochin, on a daily basis. We also pay special attention to the vegetables and seasonings we use! Our salad dressing is homemade, and the broth used in our stewed obanzai Simmered dish is made in-house every day. Please enjoy our healthy food♪

Kirin no Tamago, which opened on March 20th, is an obanzai Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that specializes in egg dishes. The name of the restaurant comes from the "giraffes" that are often found in zoos, and the "eggs" that are often found in refrigerators. While we offer classic comforting flavors, we also aim to be a completely new restaurant, just like the fictitious "Giraffe Eggs"! Inside the restaurant, there are plain wood counter seats and table seats. The seats at the tables are sofas, so it is perfect for about four people to enjoy ◎
