本日のランチは、前々日迄にネット予約をして此方、金山駅前に陣取る桂新堂本店へお目当ての海老まぶし膳を食べに伺いました(^^)
焼き車海老と赤海老そぼろのまぶしが
お重が赤く染まりとても綺麗❗️
おにぎり程度に軽く塩味で整えたご飯
と焼き車海老を口に頬張れば薄っすら
塩加減の効いた優しい味わい♬
うなぎの櫃まぶしのように出汁や薬味
、玉子を加えて〜味変を楽しむことも
出来ます…
海老そのものの味を楽しむと云うもの
でなく見た目の美しさと優しい海老の
味わいを楽しむと云った処でしょうか⁉️
