前菜は頭から尻尾まで食べれる
車海老の塩焼きと丹波黒豆
椀物は甘海老真丈、
お吸い物は桜海老とおかひじき
そして焼き車海老と赤海老のそぼろまぶし
一膳目はそのまま車海老の旨みを堪能して
二膳目はだし醤油と薬味の白ねぎと
柚子胡椒を加えて味の変化を楽しめる✨
三膳目は玉子をかけて
四膳目は出汁をかけて頂きます- ̗̀ ( ˶'ᵕ'˶) ̖́-
出汁は海老のお出汁なんだけど
ガツンと香る海老のお出汁ではなく、
薄味で優しいお出汁
柚子胡椒と白ねぎ合わせて食べるの
美味しかったな♪
最後はお茶とショコラ海老せんべい
えびせんべいの上にチョコレートをのせ
て焼き上げてある上品な甘さのおせんべい
最初から最後まで本当に海老づくしでした♬.*ﾟ
