いつからなのかネットで簡単に予約出来る様になってて今更ながら初めての訪問です
昔は朝から並んで予約して出直したり、２時間くらい並んだと言う話も聞いていたので、その頃、金山に住んでいたにもかかわらず、ハードル高いお店だなぁと思い行けずじまい(⌒-⌒; )
その時に比べると値段も内容も随分変わった気もしますね
前々日までにネットから予約
現在は11時スタートと13時スタートの２部のみです
まず一階の売店で予約名を告げ、案内されるのを待ちます
案内されたらエレベーターで地下へ
エレベーターの扉が開くと、桶に入った活きた車海老を持って係の方が待ってました。
この海老を今から調理してお出ししますとの事。
海老まぶし膳 2420円
前菜 活き車海老の塩焼き 丹波黒豆
椀物 甘海老真丈
吸物 桜海老とおかひじき
ご飯 焼き車海老と赤海老そぼろのまぶし
香の物 柴漬け
お菓子 海老せんべい
まずは先程の車海老の塩焼きと丹波の黒豆、甘海老真丈の椀物がのった御膳が出て来ました
車海老は頭から尻尾まで残さず食べれるとの事
小ぶりな車海老でした。ちょうど良い塩見で美味しい
甘海老真丈の椀物も熱々で美味しい
吸物は桜海老がとても美味しかった
焼き車海老と赤海老そぼろのまぶしは
半分に切った海老が表面にびっしり
一膳目はそのままで
二膳目は出汁醤油と薬味(白ねぎ、柚子胡椒)をお好みで
三膳目は玉子をかけて(温めた玉子)
四膳目 出汁をかけて
思ったよりご飯の量が多かったのですが
ペロリと完食。
柚子胡椒は思いの外辛いので注意
食事が終わると御膳を下げて
煎茶と海老せんべいがお膳で出てきました
海老せんべいはチョコがけしてある新作のもので
海老せんべいの味よりチョコの味が勝ってますが
パリパリした食感が良いですね♪
予約出来る様になって嬉しいです♪
母にも教えてあげたいと思いました
