妻と金山で待ち合わせしこのエリアの新規開拓。お目当ての洋食屋さんへ行くとこんなご時世だからか予約オンリー。さあどうしょうと困っているとたまたま近くに「木曽」、「開田高原」の文字が目に入りました。開田高原、好きなんですよね。
和風の割りと広い店内の一番奥のボックス席へ。落ち着いていい感じ、まずはビールをぐびっと戴きます。コースはいろいろありましたが一番安いのと単品を頼むことに。
どれも美味しかったけれど感動ものは単品で頼んだキノコの天ぷら、肉厚の数種類のキノコを塩で戴くのですが抜群でした。それから茄子とチーズを油で焼いた料理も美味しかった。コースのイワナの焼き物や志賀高原の牛肉も玉ねぎとの相性がとても良く美味しく戴きました。
あした生蕎麦が丁度開田から来るとのことで残念ながら食べられず。今度はこれを食べに行きます。
