Today I went from Kanazawa, passed through Fukui, passed through Gifu, entered Aichi, and arrived at Osu in Nagoya! Speaking of Nagoya, I wanted to feed chicken dish, miso stew, or hitsumabushi, so when I entered Osu Yokocho, this restaurant immediately caught my eye, so I went in and had the hitsumabushi and dote stew. Ta. The first time you eat the hitsumabushi, you eat it as is, the second time you eat it with condiments on top, and the third time you eat it with condiments and nori seaweed on top, then top it with tea. The good thing about all of them is that they have different flavors and you can enjoy them three times! I was full after eating all of it (lol). The dote stew was simmered with sweet Hatcho miso and was also delicious. Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m
