My second daughter invited me to visit La Trilogy in Naka-ku, Nagoya for the first time. It has been consecutively awarded as one of the top 100 French cuisine East restaurants in 2021 and 2023, so I was really looking forward to visiting. When I opened the door on the first basement floor, the calm atmosphere was like a hideaway, and I felt a warm and unpretentious atmosphere. The restaurant was full of many customers! It was very lively, so it made me feel good. ~ Course of your choice ~ ◇ Appetizer Grouper carpaccio with kiwi sauce Pate de campagne Homemade smoked duck ham and strawberry salad with yogurt sauce ◇ Hot dish Foie gras flan with truffle sauce ◇ Fish dish Red sea bream Lobster Abalone pan-fried with vin blanc sauce ◇ Meat Dishes Domestic Wagyu beef zabuton Steak with anchovy sauce ◇ Dessert Gateau classic chocolate and raspberry sorbet That's it When I had the appetizer, I was convinced that everything was delicious at this restaurant. It was exquisite! My daughter said she was impressed by the balance of the rich foie gras and the aroma of truffles in the "Foie Gras Flan with Truffle Sauce." I particularly liked Meat Dishes "Zabuton Steak," which was cooked just right and served with an anchovy and black pepper sauce that was superb. We asked them to choose the champagne and red wine, which also went so well together that it enhanced the flavor of the food. We will definitely visit again. I'm grateful to my second daughter for inviting me to such a delicious restaurant! It was a delicious meal (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)♡
