The focus is on local sake from Tohoku. The store manager himself has selected ``in hopes for the recovery of Tohoku...''! Iwate's ``Nanbu Bijin Junmai Ginjo'', Miyagi's ``Urakuchi Honjozo'', and Niigata's ``Hakkaisan Honjozo'' are all reasonably priced at 680 yen to 700 yen per glass. Our recommendation is Fukushima's ``Naraman Junmaishu'', which has a strong structure of Japanese sake, a slight sweetness, and a nice sharpness. It is recommended to drink it chilled.
