金山総合駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にある居酒屋、コロナのこの時だけかもですが、土日は昼から通し営業していたので週末のお昼に昼飲み利用です。店内はカウンター１０席ほどにテーブル７卓ほどの席数、１３時少し前くらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは１組でした。
メニューは各種やきとりを中心に、豚や牛、野菜などの串焼き、それに手羽唐や鶏ささみの味噌串カツなどの揚げ物わ名古屋コーチンのもも肉炭火焼などの鉄板料理、ピザや鍋物、シメのご飯ものに簡単なおつまみなどなどなかなか魅力的なものも多くありました。
この日いただいたのは普通のやきとりから肝串、タレ焼きつくね、ねぎま、それに名古屋ベトコンやきとりの豚バラ串など。まずは肝とつくね、レバーはいい感じの火入れ具合、臭みもなくてしっかりと甘みが感じられます。そしてつくねもすごくイイですね。ふっくらした食感とともに感じるコリコリっとした心地よい食感もたまりません。
ねぎまは柔らかくジューシーなもも肉とシャキシャキ食感と甘みのあるネギの絶妙なコンビネーションは間違いない美味しさです。
そしてベトコンやきとりの豚バラ串、愛知県ならまずお馴染みのたっぷりのニンニクを使ったスタミナつきまくりのベトコンラーメン、コレをベースにしているんでしょうね。赤と白がありましたが今回は赤をチョイス、赤はピリ辛味噌のにんにくタレということで串焼きの上にはたっぷりのニンニクが乗っています。甘くジューシーな脂たっぷりの豚バラ串と甘めでしっかりした味噌の味わいとパンチの効いたニンニクは間違いない組み合わせ、美味しくいただくことができました。
今回は軽く昼飲み利用でしたが、ほかにも気になる料理がいろいろとあったので今度は夜の部にお邪魔していろんな料理をいただきたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
