家族経営のほっこりな雰囲気と超美味いホルモン
初めて豚ホルモンをうまいと思いました。
名古屋市中区の周辺は、ホルモン屋さんがたくさんあり、いろいろ試しています。その中で1番おいしいと思ったのがこちらのホルモンです。
各ホルモンのお店が何をして美味さを磨いているのか？
特に変わらないと想像するけど、結局のところ仕入れているお肉がとてもおいしいんだと思います。
柔らかさ、新鮮さ、後は、下ごしらえのうまさもあるのでしょうか？そこは分かりませんが、とにかくうまかった。(^^)
一品のお値段も良心的だし、ドリンクも高くない。
何も知らずに入ったのですが、今このレビューを書こうとしてよく見たら実は食べログ100名店だった笑
納得です。

名古屋と言えば、ホルモンは味噌味が定番です。
ふじのホルモンは、本当に臭みがなくて、とても新鮮です。他にもお肉屋さん直営のとんちゃん屋さんはたくさんありますが、僕の中では富士のホルモンがダントツにおいしいと思っています。
少し中毒気味にもなっていて、しばらく行ってないと行きたいで心から思っています（笑）
お店を運営するお母さんたちも、適度な距離感で親しみのある接客をしてくれます。なんも言うことなし。
名古屋でホルモンを食べるならふじですよ^_^
