シェフとパティシエのマダムの夫婦で営む大須の町の小さなビストロ。季節の食材や、毎日市場で仕入れた旬のお魚、お肉、お野菜、フルーツにより黒板メニューがかわります。全てアラカルトで2〜3名様でシェアするスタイル。人参マリネ¥600朝引き三河赤鶏レバムース¥980もりもりお肉屋さんサラダ¥1900スペシャリテ クネル¥1800仔羊のグリエ燻製バターソース¥2800などグラスワインボトルワインも豊富に揃う |
大須の路地裏にひっそり佇むカジュアルフレンチ。
駐車場はないので、車で来るなら近くのコインパーキングへ。
【お店】
こじんまりとした見た目ですが、店内はきれいで、明るい雰囲気です。
カウンターのみですが、狭さは感じません。
【料理】
・モリモリお肉屋さんのサラダ
パテドカンパーニュ、レバームース、生ハムと、美味しいお肉がたっぷり入ったサラダです。
レバームースは絶品。
色々食べられて、お得感がありました。
・シェブンのスペシャリテ クネル
久しぶりに食べたクネル。
フランス リヨンの名物料理はとても美味しかったです。
濃厚なソースは甲殻類の良い匂い。
パンをつけてもとっても美味しい。
・カスレ
今まで知らなかったフランスの郷土料理。
白いんげん豆の煮物に鴨のコンフィ、ソーセージをのせた料理です。
鴨のコンフィはホロホロで、身がしっかりしている印象。
白いんげん豆は柔らかくて食べやすかったです。
寒い時期にピッタリの料理かもしれません。とにかく、ホッとします。
・モンブラン
中にアイスやナッツが入った、オリジナリティたっぷりのモンブランでした。
お店の雰囲気も良いし、料理はもちろん美味しい。
お店の方も優しくて、とても居心地の良い、幸せな時間でした。
名古屋にはたくさん美味しいお店がありますが、ぜひまた行きたいと思えるお店でした。
