誕生日に連れてってもらったお店。
以前日曜日に通りがかってカヌレを買ったお店で気になってたお店である。

てことで大須にある隠れ家ビストロ
こちらビストロシェブンさんへ
カウンターのみがイイ感じ。
早速、黒板の中から....
グラタン大好きだから勿論外せないのがありつつ色々注文。
◎ズワイガニのグラタン
蟹がこれでもかってぐらいにタップリ入ってて、ベシャメルの味付け含めて好きな味だった。
◎シェブンのスペシャリテ クネル
流石スペシャリテ!!!!!!
クネルが柔らか滑らかでメチャクチャ美味い。
◎仏産マグレ鴨のグリエ マッシュルームリゾット
滅多に入らないレアなフォアグラ用の鴨
肉々しくて味が濃い
食べるとフォアグラの風味して不思議かつ美味い
リゾットとの相性も良くて美味さ倍増だった。
◎自家製ベーコンと牡蠣と木の子のバター焼き
ベーコンが大きい
牡蠣も大きめで美味い
味付けが全て絶妙
◎もち豚ロースのトマホークステーキ
マデラソース
臭みもなくて焼き加減も完璧で
美味し過ぎるトマホーク。

いちごの甘みを邪魔しない滑らかなカスタードクリームとピスタチオの味がめちゃウマ
◎シェブンのマカロン
マカロンが大きくてショコラの味が濃くて美味い。

コーヒーもスッキリした飲み口で美味しかった。
とっても大満足な内容でお腹イッパイ幸せイッパイだった。
ちなみにシェブンさん量多めなので普通は2，3品ですって言われました。
よく食べるのでこの量で。。。
シェブンさんご馳走様でした。
また絶対行きたいお店です。
