席数も少ないので
ミシェランの星が☆☆☆付く前から
予約は取りにくかったです。
お写真を撮っている人もあまりいらっしゃらず

特筆すべき才能のある店主様は
本当に謙虚な方だと思います。
アンティーク好きなので
器や佇まいもかなり好みです

Went to Edomae sushi restaurant "Ueda" in Yahata Hondori, Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya City. Two visits in total. The current owner took over from the previous owner and has been in charge for about 22 years, changing the name of the restaurant from "Sushi Kappo Hide" to "Ueda", and it has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide Tokai Edition (2019). This was my first time at Hidakame and it is my favorite sushi restaurant ♡ I like the setting too much ^^ I will refrain from writing a review. I also like the wife's selection of alcohol, and it is a pleasant time. I wish I could visit more often... (tears) Thank you for the meal ♡
