[Ueda] I was invited to a Sushi in Nakagawa Ward, so I went with some friends. This was my second visit this year, and I'm very grateful. ♢ Chawanmushi with whitebait ♢ Yuan-yaki barracuda ♢ Squid ♢ Nodoguro ♢ Chutoro ♢ Otoro ♢ Kohada ♢ Tiger prawn ♢ Zuke ♢ Mackerel ♢ Sea urchin ♢ Conger eel ♢ Negitoro ♢ Kanpyo ♢ Egg ♢ Akadashi ♦︎ Beer ♦︎ Sake Delicious! That's all I can say. The chutoro and conger eel were superb. The gizzard shad was delicious without a strong vinegar taste, and the prawns were rare and you won't find them anywhere else. The sea urchin had a strong umami flavor that I liked, and the mackerel was good too. I went home feeling very happy. Thank you for the meal.
