いつも安心して美味しいお寿司がランチでもいただける大好きなお店です。
三つ星を取ってしまってから予約困難になってしまったけど、以前と変わらない素朴で誠実な大将と女将さんにホッとします。
江戸前のしっかりお酢のきいたシャリ。
フワフワのカステラ卵はちゃんとすり身のお魚の味がして、他店の見た目だけ似てるのとは全く違う！
ラストはキチンと仕事のされた干瓢と女将さんの上品な赤出汁でホッコリ♡
そしてデザートの女将特製小豆寒天はさっぱり！
あー、、今日もガッツいて食べて飲んで楽しく会話してたら写真撮り忘れてしまったなぁ、、
