Our specialty is unfrozen and extremely fresh "raw horumon" that we purchase every day. The color, taste and texture are exceptional, with no unpleasant odor and a plump texture! We only use horumon that is within 48 hours because we want you to eat only the tastiest things. Among them, the horumon mix and spicy horumon are must-try. Also, the Nagoya specialty "miso tonchan" is the most popular, made with Hatcho miso that has been aged for two years to bring out the maximum flavor. The "rich and delicious Salted beef tongue" with its homemade salt sauce is a great deal at only 599 yen and is very filling.

A wide selection of delicious meats and a la carte dishes are available. First up is the "Japanese Black Beef Yukhoe" that is so tender you could drink it. It has a perfect balance of lean meat and marbled meat, and when mixed with sauce and egg it's irresistibly delicious. The "6-second loin" that is lightly seared and eaten, and the "Sukiyaki kalbi" are also great. The meat is cut with a hidden knife, which allows the flavor to penetrate more easily and makes it even softer. After eating over 10,000 bowls of the authentic Morioka Cold Noodles all over the country, we finally found the ultimate dish. The firmness and flavor of the noodles are exquisite, and we are confident that they are the best in Nagoya! Our homemade Yukgaejang is also popular.

It has a good balance of sweetness, bitterness, and sourness, making it an addictive taste! Some people say that once you try it, you won't be able to drink anything else. We also have the "Kobashicha Highball," which has many addicts, and makgeolli, which goes well with Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
