最近名古屋に来たときに耳にする味噌とんちゃんというフレーズ。調べてみると豚ホルモンの味噌ダレのもののよう。今回は金山駅前のこちらのお店でそれを食べてみようと訪問しました。
お店は中二階の様なところにありました。店内にはいると複数で来るのが当たり前のような雰囲気ながら奥にはカウンターのカップルシートっぽい席があり、常連さんが１人で楽しんでいる人もいてひと安心です。店内は暗め設定です。
メニューは牛ホルモン、豚ホルモンもありながら、牛肉も部位を絞って少しおいていました。といってもホルモンを食べに来たのでタンカルビや盛合せを選んで戴きました。ハラミやツラミが通常の肉扱いでプライスが高めなのは残念ですが、腸管系が好みなら楽しめると思います。肝心のとんちゃんは味噌とんちゃんだからというのはあまりないな。個人的には塩もいいです。
店員さんはフレンドリーですが、少し話に夢中な感じもあり、そこが残念でした。コスパはいいと思います。
