遺伝子検査の結果、私の場合は炭水化物ではなく、脂質で太りやすく、筋肉が付きにくい体質とのことだ。したがって、脂質を抑えて、タンパク質の摂取に努めねばならない。食べる順序は、野菜→ごはん→おかず・・・・にせよとのことだ。（笑）
ここのところ、魚・鶏を中心に食べていたので、本日は『豚』で攻めてみた。脂質少な目、タンパク質やビタミンが豊富なメニューを選んでみた。御飯も「大盛り」ではなく、小ぶりの『紫蘇ごは』にしてみた。そして真っ先にキャベツの千切りを食べたのだ。
このお店、初めて行ったのは黒川のお店だったが、どこのお店もＢ級の雰囲気が満載で、おひとり様でも入りやすく、重宝している。今回食べた、豚レバー（塩）は意外なほどに美味しかった。
