The chef in charge of our restaurant's cuisine is Satoshi Yumura. Born and raised in a family of chefs, Yumura naturally aspired to become a chef, and after training at a number of Italian restaurants, he moved to Italy. I studied at the 2-star ristorante [Locanda Solarola]. Please enjoy our heartfelt dishes at our restaurant, which draws on our experience in Italy not only in cooking, but also in gathering ingredients and thinking. For birthdays and anniversaries, we also offer desserts with messages in Italian.
