以上のお料理。
和と洋の食材と調理を組み合わせたオリジナルフレンチと言った感じのお料理です。
見た目も華やかで、どれも美味しい。
特に蟹味噌バーニャカウダーは蟹の香りが強く蟹味噌、蟹好きにはたまらない一品でした。
和とフレンチの混在したお料理に賛否有り好みも分かれるかと思いますが…
上手く和と洋が融合されており
私はこの感じで良いと思います。
(全体的にもう少し一体感が有ればもっと良かったかな…
シメの舞茸とシラスご飯を松茸、イクラ、カニ等の季節に応じた和風リゾットにしたりとか…)
しかし、お値打ちでとても感じの良いお店でした。
