A French cuisine restaurant located right next to Higashibetsuin Station. When I passed by this area or went to the morning market in Higashibetsuin, I saw it and was curious about it. I thought it would be a good idea to use it for an anniversary meal someday, so I visited it for our anniversary lunch this year. When you open the stately door, you'll find yourself inside a noble store, but the calm atmosphere allows you to relax without worrying. 8 dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients 11,000 yen *Amuse *Appetizer *Appetizer *Speciality *Today's fish dish *Today's meat Meat Dishes *Seasonally seasoned rice *Homemade bread *Dessert *Coffee or tea Each item is included. The seasoning was elaborate and well thought out, making it fun to eat. I was impressed by the cooking method that pays close attention to the quality of the ingredients. The plates used, the way the food is presented, and the way it looks before eating are also beautiful. I also appreciate that they come with chopsticks so you can eat with them. Takikomi rice is the final meal before dessert. A quick curve ball from the classic French cuisine course. It was rice with whitebait and maitake mushrooms cooked in vermyukira.
