名古屋には全く土地勘がないのですが、今回は立地とHP等の情報だけで予約してお邪魔しました。行くまでわからないことが多くて不安でしたが、結果としては、本当に選んでよかったです！
お料理は素材ひとつひとつが本当に美味しくて、感動しました。
味付けや盛り付けが丁寧にされていて、
使っているお皿やグラスのひとつひとつもいいものを使われていました。
温かいものをあたたかく、冷たいものは冷たく、当たり前のことだけど、とても難しいです。
そういうことがちゃんと出来ているお店です。
途中パンのおかわりが頼んでも来なかったり、料理のサーブに辿々しいところがありましたが、一生懸命さが伝わって来たので不快な気持ちにはなりませんでした（笑）
名古屋に行ったらまた絶対行きたいお店です。
いままで、お祝いなど特別なお食事のときは、某予約サイトを愛用していて、今回も無難にホテルの中のレストラン等を取ろうと思っていたのですが、正直夜景などの雰囲気ばかりで、料理は量産されている感が満載のコース料理ばかりで、料理そのものに満足出来たことがありませんでした。
やはり、ほんとにいいものは自分で探さないとダメですね。。
