金山総合駅 北口から徒歩で10分くらいの立地です。
店内は、カウンターのみ。食券を購入してから着席するスタイルです。
今回は、濃厚つけ麺＋特盛を注文しました。
麺量は、店内に掲示で知ることが出来ます。ただ、大盛がサービスで、そこに特盛(1玉)が追加になるので、茹で上がりで850g程度とのことでした。
まずは、麺だけでいただきました。太麺ストレートで、冷水でシッカリとしめられており、コシもシッカリとしていました。味も濃厚で美味しかったです。
スープは、出汁は動物系の味が強いと思いましたが、マイルドで飲みやすいと思いました。味の濃さ、塩味も、個人的にはちょうどよい感じでした。
麺をスープに浸けて食べると、ツルツルと喉ごしのよい麺に、スープが絡んでとても美味しかったです。
スープには、チャーシュー、メンマが入っていました。
麺を食べ終わったら、カウンターの上にあるIHコンロでスープを温め、無料手で提供されたご飯を投入します。最後に、これも無料で提供された生卵で入れ、雑炊を作りました。濃厚な出汁の浸みたご飯が、最高に美味しかったです。
個人的には、特盛くらいが量的にちょうどよく、コスパも最高でした。
