って事で、金山界隈にもあります『歌志軒』伺いました。
・名古屋市を中心とした油そばのチェーン店。主役の麺はコシ良きプリップリでとても美味しい。後、お好きなトッピングチョイスで自分好みにカスタマイズ出来るのも、楽しい食べ方でしたね。
