名古屋市熱田区の名鉄金山駅にあるμPLAT金山。
その中に入る韓国料理店、平日の１２時頃に訪問してみた。
店内はテーブル席が中心で、このタイミングで約５割程の客入り。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを注文してみた。

この日は韓国冷麺が食べたい気分だったが、運良く月曜の日替わりに冷麺があったので注文。
お目当ての冷麺だけではなく、韓国料理の定番でもある石焼きビビンバやチヂミもセットになったランチ。
いずれもハーフサイズながら丁寧に作られた事が分かる内容で、それは写真の通り。
大きな卵黄が鎮座した石焼きビビンバだが、器はかなりの高温であっという間にお焦げが楽しめる。
やはりコチュジャンが決め手でピリ辛、最後までお焦げを楽しめるビビンバだった。
韓国冷麺はそのお供にはベストマッチな清涼感があり、此方も具材がたっぷりなのが嬉しい。
これにチヂミやチャプチェのサラダまで付いて、想像以上のボリュームとお値打ちさだった。
