お客さんと金山で飲む事になり、店を悩みました。南側は全てが同じテイストのお店ばかり。
決め手に欠きます。検索をしていると、お酒にお強いフォロワーさんの力強い高い点数と日本酒の数々。
こちらに決めました。
金山の１９号沿いは初めて行くエリアです。
エレベーターも狭く、エレベーター降りるとお店なのが驚きました。これだけのスペースなら予約でいっぱいになりますね！
さておマグロ！いや～これだけの厚切りですと味もまた格別ですね。
マグロカツも初めて食べたけど、本物のカツより美味しいです。
驚きの「ワカメ唐揚げ」唐揚げと言うより、素揚げに近い感じですが、身体に良さそうで日本酒に合います。
さてさて日本酒ですが、中部３県のお酒を中心にって所がかなり良いですね。
中には私の好きな「仙禽(栃木）」も入れると事もあると言ってました。
まずは前から飲みたかった「るみ子の酒（三重県伊賀市）」もはやこのマンガを知る人も少なくなっていますね。
次に地元岡崎の「THEMA（テーマ）（丸石醸造）」こんなお酒出しているんですね。少しイメージ変えなきゃ(笑)
最後に「醸し人九平次 純米大吟醸 ワイン樽熟成（萬乗醸造：緑区大高）」もはや日本酒では無いですね！
色合いも古酒の様な色合いです。樽香なのかは定かでは無いですが、古いワイン樽での熟成でしょう。最近の流行りでも有りますね
味はびっくりです。これだけの突き抜け感は、日本の酒業界に必要な事でしょう！
日本酒では無い感じが、ワイン文化からカンパリが生まれた様な事が起きると良いですね。
また行きたいお店となりました。
