Yakitoriya Sumire, Kanayama North Exit Branch, Kanayama, Naka Ward, Nagoya City I discovered this restaurant when I was looking for a yakitori lunch. I went in before peak time and was attracted by the limited quantity, so I ordered the "Gochadon" for 780 yen. It was a bowl of "binder" between liver and heart, and "thigh meat". Mentaiko is also free during lunch time, so you can enjoy changing up the flavor with the raw egg and mentaiko. As the name suggests, the texture is messy, but that's interesting in its own way. There are also other elements to change up the flavor, so I enjoyed it from start to finish. They also offer free large servings, so maybe that's a good thing? It was very delicious and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the meal.
