★3.66★ 濃厚魚介つけ麺とあっさり醬油つけ麺のとってもオシャレなお店です。
伺ったのは木曜日13:10頃、エージェント高＊と2人です。
暖簾も出てない！外待ち無し〜アレ？やってないのか？と思いきや〜強風の為、暖簾は出てないだけ、店内満席の為、中待ち待機5分で着座です。
「初来店時にはつけ麺を食べるべし」との触込みですが〜特製濃厚鶏白湯1,300円+海老天丼300円を頂きました。笑笑
エージェント高＊は、濃厚魚介つけ麺1050円+炙りチャーシュー丼300円
10分弱で着丼 つけ麺店にしては早めの提供ですね〜
★濃厚鶏白湯は、ブレンダーで泡立てたエスプーマスープに多彩なトッピングが華やか、真ん中に「幸」の刻印たまご焼きと、オシャレなビジュアルです♪
スープは思ったより濃厚で無く、女性好みのマイルドな味わいです。
麺はやや細めのストレート多加水で舌触りの良い感じです。
チャーシューは3種類、レアチャーシュー、合鴨、鶏胸
レアチャーシューは少し厚めで歯応えが有ります。
合鴨コンフィは美味しい。
ジューシー系の鶏胸は優しい味わい。
★つけ麺はやや太めの全粒粉、器が石焼でスープがグラグラしてます。
全体的にオシャレで、綺麗な女性が1人で入れるスタイルでお上品な感じでまとまってます。
つまり、オッサン2人には、塩気とパンチが少し足らない感じで、お値段高めかなぁ〜の印象です。
