そもそも、SPF豚の檍(あおき)系が大好きだけど、今はこちらのお店にどハマり中。
三河もち豚のリブロースがたまらない。
とんかつ屋さんのリブロースは100gで1,000円を下回ることはないのに、こちらは900円くらい。そして肉もうまい。
味噌やソースがこの店のオススメのようだが、塩で食べて欲しい。串カツの豚肉も手をかけている分、豚肉の味も食感もしっかり伝わってくる。
あまり紹介したくないが、中骨までバリバリいけるアジフライも絶品。
とんかつ屋さんを凌駕する串カツ居酒屋。
店に足を踏み入れるまで3年を要したが、ここ数年の大ヒットで、月2回は伺うくらいどハマり中なのであります。
