At our restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of other dishes besides miso cutlet and kushikatsu. For example, the "beef tendon miso stew" made using a low-temperature cooking method is so delicious that the miso sauce soaked in the soft stewed beef tendon and pork offal leaves you wanting to eat it! It is a dish that goes perfectly with alcohol. Other delicious dishes include liver sashimi of chicken liver cooked at low temperature to make it soft and conchy, eaten with sesame oil and salt, Kagoshima black satsuma chicken tataki, and extra-large fried shrimp over 21 cm long. Only customers who have booked a 120-minute all-you-can-drink course can reserved the spacious second floor seats for around 12 people. The relaxed use of the room makes social distancing perfect!
