こちらは中区千代田にある焼鳥屋さんです。
コロナ禍で大変な12月にopenされたそうです！
以前、J蕎麦さんがあったところに出来ました。
たまたま通りがかり、
J蕎麦さんが違うお店になっている～と
驚いて中をチラっと覗いたら、
静かな感じでしたのでお邪魔しました(*^^*)
店内の配置はカウンター6席程度、
テーブル席が4席ほど。
現在は完全に間引きされていますので
テーブル席も2席は使わず、
カウンターも真ん中2席を潰して営業をされているようです。
大変謙虚なご夫婦で営業されています。
変わったところだと、
なんと女将さんが焼き台にたたれていらっしゃいます～♪
ホール担当がご主人なんです！
最近は焼き台に女性が立たれるお店も
たまに見ますが、やっぱり珍しいですね(*^^*)
メニューはシンプルで分かりやすいです。
焼鳥は1本から注文できますし
串も100円台～200円台までとリーズナブルです！
お通しはキャベツ味噌ダレつきで300円。
唐揚げの食べ比べ(2個)260円や、
名古屋コーチンのたたき、
鶏皮餃子など一品物もあります。
天使のふわふわ唐揚げが気になりましたが
この日は時間もなかったので
軽く焼鳥をつまみます～♪

タレが希望ならスタッフまでと記載がありました！
今回は全て塩で頂きました。
お上品な出汁塩がけっこうパンチ効かせて
振られているのでアルコールを飲まれるかたにはピッタリだと思います。
自家製つくねがとても好みで
美味しかったです～♪
こうなるとタレも気になるんですけどね～！
でもこの日は訳あって追加注文せず
サクッと帰りました。
雰囲気的には場所柄、
地元のお客様が多い地域だと思いますが、
この日はお祝い系のお客様もいらっしゃっていました。
なかなか激しくてビックリしたけど……(^-^;
また機会があればお邪魔します～♪
