Food Enjoy the exquisite dishes of fresh domestically produced horse sashimi and the legendary local chicken “Amakusa Daio”
Our specialty is, of course, our domestically produced horse sashimi, which is shipped directly from Furukan Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture. The legendary free-range chicken "Amakusa Daioh" is served not only as tataki and sashimi, but also as Hot Pot. The natural collagen soup made by cooking vegetables for about 10 hours until it becomes cloudy is exquisite. In addition, the ` Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone)'' method, in which meat is grilled using lava stones from Mt. Aso, uses far infrared rays to make the meat extremely tender and juicy. Enjoy it with Kyushu's famous sake.

We offer around 50 types of drinks including shochu, sake, beer, and wine, including the popular potato shochu [Kuratake] made with Shimon potatoes that can only be found in Kumamoto. All-you-can-drink starts from 1,500 yen. Please check the banquet plan for details ♪ We have a wide selection of famous sake from all over the country that will satisfy everyone from Japanese sake lovers to beginners. We also offer a 3-drink comparison set. In addition to premium brands such as Jikon, Shinsei, and Nabeshima, we also carry a wide variety of seasonal sake.
