名鉄山王駅から歩いて１０分チョットの場所に２０２２年７月１６日にオープンしたジンギスカンのお店、休日のランチで利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル６卓の席数、１２時３０分ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは１組と落ち着いていました。
ランチメニューは馬刺し定食にジンギスカン丼セット、馬肉ゆっけ丼セット、山王冷麺セットの４種類で９００円から１２００円といった価格帯、その中から馬肉ゆっけ丼を注文です。
その馬肉ゆっけ丼はお肉がすごく柔らかくてお肉自体の甘みがしっかり感じられます。さらにそこにとろ〜りとしたまろやかな卵が絡まるところもたまりませんね、シャキッとしたオニオンスライスの心地よい食感も良いアクセントになっていて美味しくいただけました。
機会があれば今度はジンギスカンも試してみたいですね、カウンターもあるし夜の部もジンギスカンのセットは一人前から注文可能なので夜に一人ジンギスカンってのも良さそうですね、ごちそうさまでした。
