We purchase lamb directly from wholesalers who sell lamb to famous Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) restaurants. Food Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)
The hormones we find together with world-renowned brokers who have influence over producers across the country are directly purchased from fresh slaughtered animals in Shibaura, Tokyo. The compatibility with the secret recipe tonkotsu miso soup is outstanding, and the restaurant has already had many repeat customers since its opening. At Sanno, you can enjoy delicious Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) all year round.

We are also open for lunch every day. We offer Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), horse sashimi, and Cold Noodles. The recommended dish is the horse meat yukke bowl shown in the photo.
