山王さんに訪問しました。
こんな 各種の肉を取り扱って
本当に 美味しいのか？
そんな 話をしながら3人で向かいました
店舗に到着して 開店の17時に入店
JAZZが流れる 広く清潔感のある店内の
ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙ席に座り 入店前から決めておいた
・馬刺し盛り合わせ(五種)
・食べ比べ ジンギスカンセット
・博多風豚骨もつ鍋(2人前)
・ｸｰﾎﾟﾝ使用で飲み放題×3
上記の品を注文しました♪
先ず最初に 馬刺し五種盛りが到着
まーまー 馬肉にはうるさい方ですが
これは 美味しいですね♪
馬刺しの美味しさで盛り上がる最中
ジンギスカンの 食べ比べが到着
牛肉のように焼いてお召し上がり下さい
とのことで 軽くササっと焼いて頂きました。
うーん！ これまた美味しい♪
ジンギスカン特有の旨味と食感がたまんない
最後に もつ鍋が到着
見た目 ゴージャスではないものの
ぷるぷるホルモンとシャキシャキ野菜が
豚骨味噌スープと合っていて 美味しいです

山王さんの お肉三刀流は
ヘルシーで美味しく 大満足でした♪
