The meat is made in a very authentic manner and the quality of the meat is excellent. The lamb roll has a familiar mutton taste that is irresistibly delicious for Hokkaido children! ! ! This is like Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), and the beer goes well with plenty of mountain wasabi and gin sauce. The shoulder loin and lamb chops I added were also great, and the Sapporo beer was the best. The owner is very personable, and I was very satisfied with the lamb roll, which gave me a lot of energy.
