I heard that there is a shop in Kanayama that offers all-you-can-eat oden and a wide selection of Japanese sake, so I went to visit it~ (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) The shop is located on the 6th floor of the building right next to the King Kanko building in Kanayama. The inside of the store is like a private room, separated by blinds (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) On this day, we had all-you-can-eat oden and all-you-can-drink, and then we had a la carte lol(*´▽`)ﾉ First, we had appetizers and drinks... The appetizer was delicious! (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*) You can expect the appetizers to be delicious lol(*¯罒¯*) While the various items we ordered from the a la carte menu came out, we had an “oden buffet” (* ॑꒳ ॑* )⋆ *ﾜ｜ｾｸ Oden seeds were all mixed up in a pool of Kanto-style soup stock.(≖ᴗ≖๑)ʊʊʊ♡ There was also a daikon radish that stained the soup stock (*´ω`*) I had one of each type. I did. Both the peaches and daikon radish were soaked in the soup ((*´ﾟ艸ﾟ｀*)). This alone is cool lol (ˊᗜˋ*) For a la carte, I ordered the yakitori platter. This yakitori uses "Enadori". It seems that Enadori does not use any antibiotics, limits the number of tsuboha, and exercises moderately, so it has just the right elasticity and flavor. At this point, I switched to sake, which is another recommended point. ! (*・ω・ )b First, let's start with Nabeshima. It's on the verge of knocking you out with just the right amount of sourness and a plump aroma lol This Caesar salad was hearty, so I tried pairing it with a salad. We also had ``Hidakami'' and ``Tatenogawa'', but the lineup was such that everyone from sake lovers to sake beginners could enjoy it (*´ω`*) To finish off, we had ``Dashi Ramen'. I was worried about my baldness, but I couldn't resist the fragrant aroma of grilled Onigiri balls with dashi chazuke (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) lol (๑˃ꇴ˂๑) I visited early that day. However, by the time we returned, the place was almost full!
