最近、新しいパティスリーができたということで試しに行ってみた。小さくてもパティスリーが増えていくことはうれしいことだ。
事前にネットで検索すると、カヌレやヴィエノワズリーがあることが分かった...
中川区の西日置町にオープンしたケーキ店。
パティシエの吉田さんは、名古屋マリオットアソシアホテルで働いていた方。
ケーキだけでなく、焼き菓子やパンなども販売していた。
ココナッツオラ...
オシャレな雰囲気。
品数は少ないが、美味しそうなケーキが多い。
ピスタチオはとても美味しかった。
