新たな本格タイ料理店が出現 : Kissa Ando Resutoran Kokonattsu

This time we are going on a tour of international cuisine. The store I went to was Coconut. For some reason, it's called a cafe and Restaurants, but it's a place where you can eat authentic Thai Cuisine made by Thai people. It is definitely correct to say Thai Cafeterias Coconut. The location is right next to Higashibetsuin Station. It looks like Coffee shops, and it's hard to believe that you can find Thai Cuisine in a place like this. The lunch menu offers great value sets of classic Thai Cuisine, and the dinner menu features a variety of authentic Thai Cuisine. Even so, it seems like they don't have ingredients that are not available in Japan yet, and the number will increase in the future. What's more, at the end of the menu it says, ``If you tell me Other, I'll make it for you'', so it seems like certain things can be made through negotiation. So, I asked if they could make my favorite Thai Cuisine, egg-stacked curry, and they said it was fine, so I chose two options: - Kung Pat Pong Curry (1,200 yen including tax) - Rice (300 yen including tax). As part of the service, I was even given fried fish dumplings called Luk Chimpura Tod. The payment is now 1,500 yen. Prices you wouldn't find at a normal Thai Cuisine restaurant. ◯Cooking/Taste...Deliciousness that exceeded expectations. I felt like it wasn't something to be underestimated just because it was Coffee shops style shop.・Kung Patpong Curry Luxury with 3 whole shrimps. The deliciousness of the oil with the scent of plenty of spices and herbs, and the egg that has absorbed this oil, is irresistible. It doesn't have the same thickness or richness like made with potato starch or the amount of milk, but the flavor of the oil. This is authentic.・Rice It seems that the only rice available is Japanese rice, so it was just regular Japanese rice. Maybe jasmine rice will appear in the future. The amount is just enough, just right.・Luk Chimpura Toad Crispy on the outside and plump on the inside. It's like a white fish ball, so it's delicious and has no taste at all. Normally good. ◯Service...very homely. Homely. It really looks like a small Coffee shops in town. It's rare to find such a simple place in a Thai Cuisine restaurant. The clerk looked like a kind Thai mother and was very nice. Japanese is okay. ◯Atmosphere...The structure itself is the same as the previous Coffee shops, but the national flag and lighting are made to look like Thailand. A relaxing atmosphere without any formality. I like this kind of thing. ◯Cost performance... Thai Cuisine is often more expensive, so I think the price is within a reasonable range. ◯Overall...I may have ordered something off the menu by chance, but I was satisfied with the authentic Thai Cuisine that didn't seem to have been prepared. I think it's rare to find such a homely Thai Cuisine restaurant where you can feel free to make something off the menu if you ask. I'm glad that a very good shop has appeared again. I would definitely like to visit this place again.
