上うな重中詰(一本半)
年に2回くらい、おいしい鰻をいただこうとなると訪問するお店。それがほぼ一年ご無沙汰になってしまいました。自営の仕事のピークを乗り越えてオーバーワークな身体に栄養をつけようと、少し仕事を早めに切りあげて訪問しました。
メニューやお箸の袋など、ご無沙汰の間に変わっていました。メニューには小さく写真が載りわかりやすくて良いですね。
おそらくメニューが新しくなったときに追加されたと思われる、上うな重中詰が目に飛び込んできます。
うなぎ一本なのが中詰うなぎ丼とうな重。価格も同じです。
夫婦共に丼派で、通常時よく頼むのが上うなぎ丼。ご褒美食事奮発時やたくさん鰻を食べたいときに中詰うなぎ丼を注文していました。
更にうなぎ量の多い一本半使用の上うな重中詰‥?

どきどきして待ちます。
BGMが流れておらず静かで、奥の席のお客さんの大きな声での会話が響きます。楽しそうなお酒の席でしょうか。楽しそうな笑い声なのでほっこりしました。お子さんのぐずる声とかでなくてよかったなと思いました。女性グループ客など、結構離れていてもはっきり聞こえることがありますので、井戸端会議の盛り上がりには気をつけて。
お料理がきました。
上うな重中詰。ふたが斜めに盛り上がっています、、!
大きい2切れがお重を覆っています。更に同サイズの一切れがご飯の中で蒸されています。漬物と肝吸と、小鉢でだし巻きひとくちつきました。
中詰うなぎ丼もきました。
やはり漬物と肝吸とだし巻きがつきました。
タレ加減は好みなかかり具合だったのですが、タレが別添えでお醤油さしに入って供されていたので、ご飯一口分だけダクにして食べてみたりしました。
大満足です。
余談です。
旦那さんは新甫さんが大好きなのですが、庶民でしょっちゅう来ることができないからと、SNSで新甫さんの投稿を全ていいねした後にシェアしています。もう何年もずっとしています。
入店時、お店の女性に、「マスクされているので違うかもしれませんが、いつもいいねしてくださっている方ですか?」と声をかけられました。情報発信しっぱなしでなく、反応やバックもきちんと確認されているのですね。
お店の誠意や配慮が、そんなところにも出ていました。
たびたびは来られませんが、また美味しいうなぎを食べたくなったら来ます。ごちそうさまでした。

To my husband's favorite eel, Shinpo.・ ・ ・ My husband ordered 2 x upper eel bowls. It seems like in the past, after finishing the middle eel bowl, he would order another bowl of eel bowl. It might be too tight now. It's well-cooked, crispy and fragrant, but when you try to bite into it, it just falls apart in your mouth.
