ハンバーグステーキ 840円
単品メニュー（漬物、ご飯、味噌汁）プラス 630円
コーヒーともつ煮はサービスなのか単品メニューの一部なのかよく分かりませんでしたがおかわり自由なようです。
○感想
夜ご飯にお邪魔しました。元々トンカツを食べに今池に行ったのですがお目当てのトンカツ屋さんが自粛で夜営業を中止にしていたので急遽近場で探してこちらを見つけました。
キッチンダイシンは今池駅近辺にあり、周辺には百老亭や味仙などがあります。かなりお年を召したマスターでどうやら終戦間際に特攻隊の訓練生をしていたこともあるとか。しかし、非常に元気で気さくな方で他のお客さんにも色々と気遣って接客されている様子が見られます。
そんな気さくなマスターのオススメは合ノ子（1050円）だそうですが量が多そうで食べ切れないなと思い、ハンバーグステーキにしました。
単品メニューは味噌汁、ご飯（おかわり自由！）、漬物が付いてきました。またコーヒーともつ煮が置いてあり、おかわり自由だよ！と言われました。これが単品メニューを注文したからなのかお客さん全員にサービスしているのかは不明です。
出てきたハンバーグを見てビックリ！げんこつ二つ分はありそうな大きさでした。洋食屋によくある牛肉100％の肉肉しいハンバーグではなく玉ねぎなどがつなぎに使われた家庭でよくありそうなハンバーグでした。デミグラスソースの良く合う肉汁たっぷりのどこか温かみのある味でした。
ご飯をおかわりして、お腹パンパンまで頂きました。ごちそうさまでした！
