昔は千種区仲田の小さなお店の時から大変な繁盛店として有名なお店です。癖になる炭焼き味噌
とんちゃんは今とは違って随分安かったと記憶しています。確か200円前後だったはずです。
それが今では1,000円近い値段で驚かされます。
豊橋市から鮮度の良い状態で仕入れた極上の豚の腸を秘伝の赤味噌ダレでねっとりと絡ませてあ
ります。これを炭火で一気に焼き上げますと、赤味噌ダレとホルモンの旨味が増幅してもうたまり
ません。応用範囲が全方位といわれる大豆100パーセントの赤味噌は焼いても本当に美味しいです。
これが新鮮な豚ホルモンの旨味をさらに引き立ててくれます。ビールとの相性抜群です!
癖になる名古屋名物のひとつでしょう。
最近では対抗馬として○○ホルモン屋チェーンが大変な勢いで出店攻勢をかけていますが、味、
