伝説の今池大丸ラーメンをたべられる希有なお店
駐車場無し
先の投稿とは真逆で、こちら名古屋らしい24時間営業のお店
七輪で濃い味付けの肉系のものを焼きながら頂くお店
赤味噌多用系店舗
つまみには塩キャベツ、赤ウインナーやマルシンハンバーグなど昭和のメニューが多々あり、魚もおいてあるがおいしいわけではなく、とりあえず飲めればいい！もしくはホルモンをゴテゴテの味噌で食べたい方向け
さてこちらでいただいたのは大丸ラーメン
今池に夜中のみ営業していた伝説のラーメンを復刻しているとてもありがたいお店
レシピもきいているので自作できますが、コストが高くつくのでこちらを利用

大丸ラーメン
こちらはホルモンの炭焼がメインの居酒屋ですが今回は今池にあった伝説ラーメン屋、大丸ラーメンを頂きにいきました。
大丸ラーメンとは？
今は無きビルの一階にラーメン屋をやると言わず店舗をかりた為に、こっそり深夜1時～5時まで営業していた。
初期は豚骨だったが、配管づまりのクレームが来て昆布醤油に変えた。
料金は小型タクシーの値段に併せていた。

エグミのある昆布に醤油だけの無科調スープ
麺（ラーメン、日本そば、きしめん、うどん）
1,5玉～3玉でもオーダー可能（麺ミックスも可能）

醤油、砂糖、味醂、ブーケガルニ唐辛子で煮な蓋の小間切れ
ちくわ、なると、蒲鉾など練り

ドサッと二郎的にのるラーメンです

醤油が薄い時は客が好みに調整した上で、
野菜にドレッシングやソースをかけて食べる方

刻みネギをスープにいれうどんつゆ化する方など十人十色な食べ方があるラーメンでした。

調味料類がないのは大丸イズムが引き継がれてない部分かと。

No parking lot I finished my on-site work too early in the morning, and now I'm hungry before heading to Tokyo. I'm tired of convenient 24-hour chain restaurants such as Yoshinoya, Nakau, and Matsuya! Is this a 24-hour Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)? Hormone shop? I'll do it! So here we are. Grilling a mix of salt and garlic hormones such as pork belly, liver, etc. on a charcoal grill while drinking a little oolong tea. The liver is lightly grilled and half-cooked, which is delicious. Well, you only need to grill the surface, haha. Thank you for the feast at Imaike's now-defunct specialty, Daimaru Ramen. 2000 yen for offal and Daimaru Ramen is a pain lol
