Originally, it seems that it was operated for more than 70 years near Chiryu Station in Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, but it was necessary to evict due to the rezoning around Chiryu Station, and it seems that it was moved to the current location Higashi-ku, Nagoya City, which has been wanting to operate for a long time. You can taste the special Tempura that is fried in 100% sesame oil, using only Takemoto oil and Daika sesame oil from Gamagori, Aichi Prefecture. Access is about a 9-minute walk from the subway station. If you are driving, there are two parking spaces in front of the shop, so please park there. Advance reservations are required because reservations are required. It is necessary to make a reservation by phone or online by the evening two days in advance for reasons such as purchasing. Let's start with Small dish, not Tempura. ◆ Sanma's Vinegared dish Sanma's Vinegared dish The taste of Sanma spreads in your mouth, but the vinegar refreshes you, so it was a suitable dish as a start to the course that is about to begin. ◆ Steamed shrimp soup stock in a clay pot Shrimp soup stock steamed in a clay pot I ate shrimp soup in a clay pot for the first time. The flavor of the shrimp and the umami flavor of the shrimp became the broth, and when the vegetables and matsutake mushrooms were combined with it, it was delicious in a new sense. ◆ Tuna sashimi It was a delicious tuna that was fresh, fatty, and slightly melted in the mouth. This is Small dish and the next is Tempura start. First of all, I was shown the Tempura ingredients that I will be using on this day. Introduction of Tempura ingredients to be used on this day There were seafood, matsutake mushrooms, and vegetables, and I was looking forward to it. ◆ Shrimp At first, it was shrimp. The meat was plump, the colomo was moderately attached, and even if you ate it as it is, you could feel the sweetness of the shrimp and it was delicious. ◆ Conger eel It was a delicious conger eel that you could feel the meat unraveling in your mouth softly. ◆ Abalone When I chewed it softly, the aroma of abalone spread. ◆ Wakasagi Tempura It is beautiful with a form that looks like it is swimming. The meat was firm and I was able to fully enjoy the umami flavor of the smelt in bite-sized pieces. ◆ By using asparagus Tempura, the outside was crispy with colomo, and the inside was softened by frying, and I could feel the original sweetness of asparagus. ◆ Milt The milt was thick and I was able to enjoy the texture by being wrapped in colomo. ◆ Matsutake mushrooms It was a dish that had a good aroma from the outside, and the flavor of matsutake mushrooms, which had been trapped by making it Tempura, spread in the mouth by eating. ◆ New onion It was small, but the sweetness was very delicious. ◆ Red potatoes Koromo fried and crunchy with a good texture, and the red potatoes were soft to the core, and it was a sweet dish like a dessert. ◆ Soba Soba I have been looking forward to soba since I checked the course contents in advance. There was no sauce, and it was soba noodles that were tossed with karasumi. The flavor of soba noodles was good, and it went well with karasumi and was exquisite. The noodles were also cut thickly, so it was good that the karasumi was well entwined. ◆ Dessert It was Tempura Tempura of ice cream and figs and ice cream. When I put it in my mouth freshly fried, the heat of Tempura and the coldness of the ice cream were mixed, and it was delicious with an interesting feeling. ◇ Summary The store I was looking forward to exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. The Tempura, which is fried in 100% sesame oil using only Takemoto Oil and Daiko sesame oil from Gamagori, Aichi Prefecture, was light and not greasy, and the Tempura was exquisite because you could feel the original umami flavor of the ingredients. Also, the soba noodles are delicious, and I want to go and eat them alone. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and I am personally happy to be able to have a good Tempura while drinking alcoholic beverages such as Japan sake and wine. The general was also polite, explained the history of the store, and the customer service was wonderful. Recently, there are many famous Tempura restaurants in Nagoya, but the number of Tempura restaurants that I would like to recommend has increased.
