肉質もサービスも良し、どの肉も美味しかったです。
特にミスジがサシの入り具合も良く、臭みもなくて美味しかった。
肉のカットは全体的に小さく、ミノも薄くスライスした感じなので、女性の方にも食べやすい大きさです。
もっと評価が高くても良いと思いました。
